About the Job: Medical Trainer, reporting to Program Manager, is to support DKT Myanmar to meet its goal and objective through their technical expertise and capacity by training service providers and internal DKT team members, educating the stakeholders and the public about the importance of family planning.

- Conducting SRH trainings to service providers, including GP clinics, nurses, midwives and pharmacies
- Ensuring that the training programs are conducting in accordance with the Quality Assurance Guidelines
- Developing trained service provider database and follow up regularly to ensure the effectiveness of the trainings
- Preparing training reports and ensuring all the training related documents are kept in systematic order
- Participate in University Health Talk and any educational programs of DKT Myanmar as a technical resource person
- Dealing with financial expenses in accordance with the guideline set by the Finance Department
- Giving logistics supports for the training programs
- Performing other related duties as required.

Job Requirements

- University Degree in Medicine (Medical License is a must.)
- Minimum 1 year of related training experience (preferable with SRH or contraceptive related training experience)
- Good knowledge of Sexual and Reproductive Health
- Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment
- Good communication and coordination skill
- Willingness to learn, flexibility and proven record of teamwork is a must
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability is required
- Good command of written and spoken English and Myanmar languages
- Ability to use standard application software (e.g. Microsoft Office) and internet applications
- Ability to travel and work independently
