Responsibilities:

· MEP Coordination Draughtsman will be working within the design and engineering department and will be reporting to the MEP Senior Engineer.

· The main task of the job is to produce MEP coordinated drawings which shall be utilized by the site staff to execute the works.

· He / She will be responsible for producing MEP coordination drawings using CAD, including all mechanical and electrical systems and services, he should be capable of producing installation sections and details.

· Preparing Shop Drawings, Detailed Design drawings and Combined Services drawings (CSD) on AutoCAD.

· Coordinating With Other Services (included architectural and structural team);

· Preparing Coordination Drawings to meet the Site Condition and Design Requirements;

· Coordinating with site Engineer and assure the approval of Shop Drawings;

· Implement Consultant Comments;

· Performing Site Inspection to assure that Construction Carried out as per Approved Drawings and Specifications;

· Solve Geometric and Trigonometric Problems to Accurately Complete Drawings; and

· Ability to fluently communicate in English, written and spoken is essential.

Job Requirements

Education, Knowledge and Experience

· B.Sc. or B.Eng. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited academic institution.

· Excellent communication skills in English– oral and written as well as presentation skills.

· Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools, ACAD and software relevant to job functions.

· Minimum of (5) years’ post BSc qualification experience with a minimum of (3) years’ CSD drawings production; OR

· Equivalent combination of Qualification, Training and Experience.
