• Inspecting construction projects; Inspecting the project's water and electricity installations, such as checking the compliance with the water supply works in the field. Responsible for leading and managing the installation of electrical equipment.
• Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing
• Plan MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule
• Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions
• Lead and manage design drafts submitted by relevant experts. Carefully review the design drafts and identify engineering technical requirements.
• Assist in the installation of MEP work
• Examine the project implementation master plan and sub-sector plans drawn up by each construction contractor. Recruitment of each construction contractor; Use of raw materials and equipment must be checked.
• Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP contractor
• Ensure that MEP contractors adheres to Project safety regulations
• Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment
• Coordination and administration of MEP related materials and systems drawings submittals
• Manage engineering projects and deliver them on time
• Ensure that installations and applications are in line with developer’s needs and safety standards
• Upgrade and contribute to the maintenance of the highest standards of designs
• Perform quality checks at project site on a regular basis
• Collaborate with the Chief Engineer to implement action plans in various sectors. Workplace inspection guidelines must be implemented in a timely manner. Only then can the construction time and quality of the construction work be guaranteed.
• Report breaches of standard immediately to executive manager or chief engineer.

• At least 7+ years in MEP engineer experience at commercial mechanical projects
• Experience in MEP underground of at least 5+
• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited school.
• Hands-on experience using design and calculation software: AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Revit MEP
• Problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in English or Chinese is preferred.
