Engineering Functions

• Understand the product design, client requirements, quality, standards to implement the execution of Project.
• Assistant PM/PD on preparation of project plans and proposal.
• Attending project coordination meetings, other forms of communication and coordinates the technical aspects of the project.
• Assist PM/CM to meet the intend of the project plans and proposal.
• Prepares site status & progress reports and keeps an accurate record.
• Reviews & comments on design drawings, shop drawings, method of statement material list purchasing technical specification, testing & commission, etc.
• Review material specification to ensure that quality requirement has been correctly conduct as per contract & design requirement.
• Participate regular site walk, observe & notice to main contractor for workmanship, installation method, defects, safety,procurement, etc.
• Manage, track and document all phases of construction projects, from the planning and layout designs through to final handover.
• Ensure that all as-build drawings from main contractor supporting each project are received and organized in an efficient manner.
• Conduct Testing & Commissioning program of the Mechanical System.
• Prepare of T&C program and Review of Contractor T & C Procedure.
• Conduct handing over inspection & record handover defect.
• Participate in Closing out documents.

Quality Management Functions

• Assist in preparation nonconformance reports and QA/QC audit.
• Participate regular QA/QC site walkand QA/QC audit inspection and Preparing of Report.
• Conduct the QA/QC Inspection.
• Coordinate and resolution of any nonconforming product reviewing vendors QA/QC systems in accordance with constractual requirements.
• Prepare the Defect Notification & follow up with record and monitoring of rectification work.

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
• Auto Cad 2D/3D
• Advance Microsoft office 2013
• MS Project
• Fluent in English.
• Minimun 10 years hands-on experience on MEP Construction field.
