An International Innovative Engineering Services Provider is looking for a MEP Project Manager position with "Excellent Remuneration"

The Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Project Manager position is responsible to successfully plan, manage, execute, complete and handover multiple MEP projects related to energy efficiency, energy performance contracts for a large hotel projects. The key responsibilities include ensure timely completion of project within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety using internal staff, as well as subcontractors and sub consultants. Delivery of high-quality, turn-key energy efficiency and renewable energy projects both in office, and on site.       

• Knowledge of building systems, energy technologies, BREEAM and high performance design
• Knowledge of MEP construction and subcontracting
• Strong written and oral communication skills for customer interaction and report writing.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency, performance contracting, commissioning, BIM and BREEAM is a strong plus             
• Proven track record on completing projects Growth Plan & Key Performance Indicators As part of professional development, personal growth and contribution to company strategy a number of key items are identified and planned for candidate perusal as part of the offer and job.
• Ability to travel when needed to project sites (50% +)

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Project Management certification or ability to obtain within one year of being hired
• 15 Years Experience in the construction industry
• 8 Years experience as MEP Manager
• Understand and practice Financial Requirements of PM
• Exemplary MEP Knowledge
• Able to travel locally and internationally
