Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and implement instore merchandising and visibility solutions in market
  • Manage and control POSM and in store investments, reports to management
  • Monitor and report in market visibility and POSM updates
  • Working with GRG internal stakeholders’ procurement, suppliers to help shape up the overall visibility strategy for GRG
  • Build and maintain the national visibility database through integration and consolidation of branch managers and respective staff
  • Work with Trade Marketing Managers in executing high quality POSM at optimum cost and efficiencies
  • Directly manage main POSM warehouse Manage POSM fulfilment to all branches on a timely manner
  • Support trade marketing and branches in fulfilling POSM needs on a timely manner.
  • Support achieving visibility targets on timely manner
  • Provide innovative and cut through/ high impact visibility solutions to all channels
  • Report POSM / visibility deployment on a regular basis while managing the main POSM warehouse
  • Be the champion for merchanting and POSM

Job Requirements

  • Strong supervision and leadership skill.

  • Good understanding of merchandising principals
  • Trade marketing
  • Knowledge of graphic designing
  • Managerial & Interpersonal Skills
  • Influencing and collaborating with cross functional teams
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, external suppliers and commercial partners
  • Negotiation and influencing
  • Project management
  • 2- 3 years' experience in merchandising management
  • Good English skills
  • University Graduate.
  • This role will require 30-40% local travel
