An Exciting Opportunity for ...

The Merchandising Business Analyst will be responsible to build the merchandising data intelligence unit of the e-commerce business, and help to drive growth and sales performance for different categories of products.

  • Analyze and report on category performance – assortment growth, sales performance
  • Run analyses to support the merchandising team to drive category growth and improve performance
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data, including tracking product assortment, quality, and prices vs. competitors
  • Identify patterns in data and come up with new ideas to improve sales
  • Track consumer trends (eg. seasonal purchasing), and share findings with the marketing and merchandising teams to guide planning

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in business or financial analysis roles
  • Minimum Bachelors’ degree
  • Proficiency in business analysis
  • Comfortable with numerical and financial analysis
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial; able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Burmese
