Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Manage the development of product within assigned category and proactively monitor and analyze the performance and trends within category
  • Responsible for pricing, promotion and overall management for assigned category
  • Establish supplier management by maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future
  • Responsible to lead the sales growth and profitability, achieve business target through effective merchandise planning, supplier management, category development and collaboration.
  • Responsible for the buying/merchandising process that include sourcing and procuring of products to meet retail and operational requirements
  • Daily visit to assigned shops and ensure all shops are well merchandise with adequate level of stocks
  • Tracking inventory movement and systematically introducing promotions, sales, price changes ..etc
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Department in promotional activities and campaigns
  •  Provide regular feedback on the sales performance of products, display issues and monthly stock & sales reporting to Retail General Manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management , Retail  or a related field is strongly preferred
  • Minimum 3  years of experience as a retail merchandiser, Purchaser or similar.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis methods
  • Strong creative thinking skills, analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good command of English ( 4 skills) and proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, Work, Powerpoint.
