This position is under Distribution and Liquidity Department and direct report to Off-Line Merchant Head.
- Follow data daily, weekly, monthly, keep track the business figure for analysis.
- Market survey, update information of competitors and report.
- Streamline Updated Merchant Polices to MytelPay merchant community.
- Build, lead and oversee Offline Merchant Community with the objective to increase merchant engagement and retention.
- Gather and reply feedback and follow up from merchants through various methods.
- Identify potential merchants, develop relationship and coordinate merchant onboarding process.
- Plan, schedule and communicate all merchant-facing product changes to ensure merchants are notified and prepared prior to i,plementation.
- Responsible for preparing merchants and driving adoption of new feature releases.
- Develop new communication channels to increase efficiency of MytelPay support to merchants.
- Coordinate with CC department for customer care. Cooperate with technical team for solving problems.
- Initial contact point of MytelPay Off-Line Merchant activities with big merchants including chained organisations and restaurants, shopping mall, hotels and etc.
