- Key support in managing the end-to-end process of delivering engaging POS to all our markets in Myanmar
- Key support in running the end-to-end process of delivering Point of Sale to merchants
- Day to day operations of the POS team
- Gather merchant acquisition data, business details, documents, and information from sales
- Enter and update information into Merchant Onboarding System
- Setup, configure, test hardware and software components required for POS System
- Install software and hardware required for POS System at client sites
- Set up the Change request information of POS terminal into Merchant Onboarding System
- Solve the complaints from POS merchants and merchant care team
- Troubleshoot issues related to POS and card acceptance promptly via onsite visit or offsite instructions to maintain smooth operations of the POS machine
- Provide telephone, remote and on-site support for POS users
- Monitor the POS transactions monthly and collecting POS transaction supporting documents from merchants or e-merchants to keep as a reference for any future usage/disputes
- Provide guideline to merchant about card acceptance procedures and dispute fundamentals to minimize incoming disputes or any financial losses
- Prepare and submit daily activity report including issue resolved feedback and performance report
- Inform relevant parties regarding errors encountere
- Store hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval
- Develope Daily/Weekly/Monthly report related to Merchant Onboarding
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
- Handle additional duties from time to time and responsible for overseeing all activities within a team
