Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Responsible for business target e.g. revenue, number of merchant, payment volume, etc.
  • Develop relationship and coordinate with acquired merchant and potential merchant.
  • Constantly enhancing processes for better services of merchant team in handling new merchant on-boarding, merchant transactions, and merchant supports along with other related forms for merchants
  • Gathering requirements from merchant enquiries and issues
  • Understanding merchant business portfolio and deriving insights through regular review and analyzing of reports and monitoring of product performance
  • Coordinate within all the team on feedback, error on the portal from Merchant to enhance our platform experience.
  • Design and set criteria of pricing scheme, offering model and marketing campaign cooperating with merchant.
  • Periodically, the employee may be expected to perform assigned duties and task not covered in this job description as well as to provide support to other departments when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in sales and account management.
  • Good sales acumen and proven track records of accounts and business growth   
  • Basic technical skills and E-Commerce Operations functionalities
  • Proficient in MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
  • Effective communication both verbal and written and project management skills
  • Strong problem solving, analytical thinking, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Be able to work individually along with team player skills
  • Be able to communicate in English
