Job Description

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTILITIES

  • Managing Customer Master Database to align with the new model in system ( such as Direct, indirect, branch code, channel code)
  • Track WS collection achievement through finance report by monthly.
  • Preparing and updating route plan systematically and support Sales Team by cooperating with IT department to run smoothly.
  • Provide information to respective for about promotion scheme and lucky draw according to Marketing Department guidelines and any others.
  • Customer Master Database Management (Open/Close/Change outlets) and create the Outlet ID for new outlets.
  • Provide inventory status report by region.
  • Identify the way of communication tools to engage well the respective team and cooperate with other departments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate SFE reports in timely manner (MTD Sales, TSE Surveys, Monthly Commission [WS, SWS, Sales Team] Weekly tracker tool, etc.)
  • Analyze SFE reports & give significant remark in every report
  • Translate data into executable and effective reports
  • Working Team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team
  • CRM Database Management

Job Requirements

EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS

  • Any Graduate
  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing (or)Business Management is preferable.

SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES

  • At least 2 years working experience in related field.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Strong analytical skill and Advance excel user
  • Show knowledge of evidence informed practice.
  • Knowledges in Relational Database Management System
  • Familiar with sales data analysis systems – DMS, SAP, ERP, Power BI.
