Job Title: MIS Assistant

Location: Head Office, Yangon

Number of Position: One

Type of Contract : Open

Reports to : MIS Administrator

 

Job Purpose

 

MIS Assistant supports the execution of our business strategy by designing, developing, integrating and supporting local information for internal use across the operations. MIS Assistant responsible and accountable for all aspects of MIS Operations including system design, implementation, operation, maintain, development and training.

 

 

Job Description

  • Participate in MIS System Implementation
  • Manage Loan Portfolio of all branches planning & management
  • Monitoring of Microfinance MIS System
  • Supervise data entry staff
  • Provide Report Generation for Management and Regulator
  • Coordinate with Internal Audit Team for Repayment and Portfolio Audit
  • Train people who use MIS System
  • Able to travel if required

Job Requirements

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Computer Science Degree (relevant education/ qualification)
  • Desirable Good Knowledge in SQL 
  • Good in MS Office usage
  • Excellent Presentation Skill
  • Good in English and Myanmar Language Skills (reading, writing, understanding)
  • Good Interpersonal skill
