ROLE PURPOSE

The Mobile Lead Developer / Architect is responsible taking the lead in native mobile app development. His primary responsibility is making sure the software design and architecture of the native mobile apps is sustainable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Software design and development and successful and timely delivery of native mobile app.
• Enforce best development practices and ensure the quality of enterprise mobile solutions.
• You focus on delivering customer value in production and keep your team focused on that.
• Performing code reviews for your peers where you will be coaching to and learning from in order to contribute to a collaborative working model.
• Recommending alternative approaches to solving complex problems and utilizing new technology to achieve goals.
• Lead and mentor all mobile developers.
• Follow technology trends, research and suggest new technologies.
• Contribute toward excellence in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Produce and govern Mobile Architecture standard and guidelines.

Knowledge & Skills

• Deep technical knowledge of Android and iOS native mobile application development with a solid understanding of the framework.
• A thorough understanding of OOP, software design patterns, authentication, API integration, Android, and iOS
• Demonstrated deployments of customer and enterprise facing mobile software including Android and iOS

Education & Special Training

• BSc in Computer Science or related work experience.

Experience

• 5+ years programming experience working with Android and iOS.
• Experience with Mobile Analytics
• Experience with Securing mobile apps and secure coding practice
• Experience in troubleshooting performance issues on mobile applications
• Experience in Mobile SDLC: App Distribution and Version Management

Languages

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
