>Develop wallet customer lifecycle stages and create strategic initiatives for each stage of the customer journey including onboarding, engagement and retention>Create and refine effective programs and campaigns that leverage tenure and customer behavior data, and include a mix of triggered, targeted andbroad educational campaigns> Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and make a deep analysis to Identify customer’s lifecyle and behavior> Create user journeys with key milestones professionals need to reach at each stage
> Creative thinker with proven campaign experience> Good communication skills, with a solid knowledge of English and ability to present ideas in a clear and concise way> Self-motivated, proactive with strong time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks> Able and willing to work outside normal hours when necessary

> Distinctive problem solving and analytical mindset> SQL knowledge and experience analyzing customer data> Experience creating user journeys> Manage large scale customer retention, engagement campaigns> Good product marketing and promotion experience, financial industry is preferable
