>Develop wallet customer lifecycle stages and create strategic initiatives for each stage of the customer journey including onboarding, engagement and retention
>Create and refine effective programs and campaigns that leverage tenure and customer behavior data, and include a mix of triggered, targeted and
broad educational campaigns
> Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and make a deep analysis to Identify customer’s lifecyle and behavior
> Create user journeys with key milestones professionals need to reach at each stage

> Creative thinker with proven campaign experience
> Good communication skills, with a solid knowledge of English and ability to present ideas in a clear and concise way
> Self-motivated, proactive with strong time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks
> Able and willing to work outside normal hours when necessary

Job Requirements

> Distinctive problem solving and analytical mindset
> SQL knowledge and experience analyzing customer data
> Experience creating user journeys
> Manage large scale customer retention, engagement campaigns
> Good product marketing and promotion experience, financial industry is preferable

> Minimum 3 years working experience in marketing customer value management field
