Our client is a successful telecom company in Myanmar.

The Role

• To Develop the technology road map for mobile money application, manage mobile money core vendor and related reporting projects
• To manage Mobile Money Call Centre related activities with two vendors MIBS, CRM including training to Call Centre Agents, Report and Complaint Handling Processes
• To implement on MM Project Management Plan aligned with all internal departments
• Participated in Mobile Money UAT Testing phase 1, phase 2 and Pilot Testing and for the other Mobile Money System Readiness

• Bachelor’s degree or any of Computer Sciences, Information Security certifications
• Minimum 5 years experiences in implementing the IT Project management with Mobile/ Financial Services, Telecom or Banking IT services
• Strong experience in technical consulting, vendor management, project management, system configuration management, internal and third-party integration management
• Good experience in developing payment & SMS integration, Cash Collection, in-house application developing
• Fluent, written and good communication skills in English
