Primary Responsibilities- Build and maintain a sound working relationship with superiors to ensure promotional plans are executive effectively and trade spend for key account activities are managed effectively at the regional level.- Support the Modern Trade Manager of monthly sales forecasts, annual sales forecasts and promotional plans.- Achieve set targets by sales volume, sale promotion plans, implementation, merchandise display and customer account by effectively to Manager.- Develop account plans and be accountable for national implementation of the plans.- Management sales structure and supporting teams, providing training and leading key account teams in the country.- Monitor competitor activities and analyses against overall market performance/.- Involved in negotiating trading terms with the National Sales Manager.- Expected to have input into development of new products, overall pricing and trade strategies.- Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization.

Job Requirements
Job Requirements- Previous experience in Sales, especially in Horeca Channel (above 3 years in similar post)- Bachelor's degree or certification in Sales or other relevant fields- Hands-on proficient experience with Mircrosoft Office (Excel, Power Point)- Excellent communication skills, organizational and multi-tasking skills- Ability work under pressure & travel- Proficiency in both Burmese & English
