Job Description

Creating and editing online learning materials with different tools and software.
Develop educational video contents based on the training objectives.
Edit and upgrading recorded video to become interactive learning materials.
Design, implement, and drive continuous improvement of end-to-end learning processes
Create the stunning animated videos (2D, 3D and flat character) for the E-Learning package.
Initiate the VFX projects for Live Training and Business Purpose Talks.
Must deliver the video contents and assign projects within the given timeline.
Edit background sound effect, control audio quality, audio mixing and combination of artwork in the video.
Design and develop learning solutions utilizing modern learning (student-centered) methods to ensure learning initiatives are constructed to produce the desired changes in behavior, attitude, knowledge, and skills needed to make real business impact.
Inform the content progress to the E-Learning Specialist in timely manner.
Proficient understanding of copyright regulation and create authentic design.
Must research the trending content videos in order to utilize for the training contents.
Other Ad-hoc projects assign by Head of department.

Job Requirements

Any graduate with 3 years of working experiences in content writing, creative media, video editing and/or developing training courseware for eLearning preferably can create educational animations.
Basic knowledge of eLearning or LMS content development process.
Proficient in various photo and video editing software
Ability to use Adobe Creative Cloud design apps such as Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere, Light room and Audition. Solid knowledge of Davinci Resolve for Editing.
Need conceptual mindset of Design and Content creation.
Preferably have knowledge in Microsoft Office suite: PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook ·
Previous demonstrated experience in motion graphic video creation, content writing, creative media, video editing and/or developing training courseware for eLearning preferably can create educational animations.
Effective time-management skills; ability to prioritize, follow-through with tasks, juggle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
