>Planning, preparing and presenting lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the classes
>Motivating students with enthusiastic, imaginative presentations
>Maintaining discipline
>Maintaining good order and discipline amongst students under your care and safeguarding their health and safety at all times
>Preparing and marking work to facilitate positive student development
>Providing feedback to parents and guardians on a student's progress at parents' meetings and other meetings
>Working with others to plan and coordinate work where applicable
>Keeping up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the Myanmar language curriculum
>Organising and taking part in school events, outings, and activities
