Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for approaching and developing our business with foreign and Myanmar local large-scale companies, to rent the properties managed by our company when these companies are arranging Myanmar accommodation for their middle and senior level management staffs.

 

Assist Business Development Director in strategic planning, business development and marketing, so as to establish Vesta’s brand name as a well-known property management provider in Myanmar.

 

Leverage his/her network to bring in local sales among Property Developers, Real Estate Corporations and multinational / large corporate clientele, with a focus on High to Middle class Professionals

 

 

Job Duties:

  1. Achieving personal targets for sales, revenue, and profitability
  2. Assist Business Development Director to accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action for profit and loss
  3. Gather intelligence on the market and economic trend, customer demands and competitors in the real estate market
  4. Upkeep client pipeline by actively developing business network, business partners, marketing channels and any other potential collaborations
  5. Draw tenants by advertising vacancies and obtaining referrals from current tenants; explain advantages of location and services
  6. Assist Business Development Director to prepare regular performance and pipeline reports to top management and other department heads to facilitate team work towards achieving the company’s objectives
  7. Work closely with Operations and Customer Care team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and to resolve customer complaints/issues

Job Requirements

  1. Customer management, People handling skills, Negotiation and Communication skills, Professionalism
  2. Proficient user of English (Written and Spoken)
  3. University graduate
  4. Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in Business Development/Property Management in a relevant sector
  5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
