Job Description

Job Scope

  • To ensure the nationwide sales generation to achieve the set budget
  • To develop and implement effective sales strategies and territory management
  • To ensure to achieve the set market share and distribution reach
  • To ensure on update competitor’s movement to align with ours
  • To lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team


  • Lead nationwide sales members to achieve sales budget
  • Establish productive and professional relationships sales related stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Perform research and identify new potential customer by coaching team effectively
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with sales related stakeholders
  • Liaise with Marketing team to ensure brand consistency and new product development
  • Achieves regional sales objective and operational planning by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity & quality standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
  • Meets regional sales financial objectives.
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national sales objectives.
  • Manage for the sales discount for each term, channel, and area
  • Always survey and check the competitor’s price and activities.
  • Meeting with production manager of factory to decide the production volume.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate, Master Degree preferable
  • Male or Female with the age between 35~40 years
  • Total 10 years plus experience in FMCG industry
  • 5 years plus experience in National Sales Manager role
  • Fluent in English 4 skills (not essential for all skills) and Microsoft office
  • Good presentation, well organizing and planning skills
