  • Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Allocate national target area-wise and product-wise to the market potential and business needs
  • Structure & Organize, understand the Sales & cross function processes
  • Able to understand high level of sales strategic and translate to execution
  • Understand sales and distributor processes, able to develop or fix the process gaps
  • Know the Myanmar market and link the market info to RTM strategy
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 20 years sales experiences in FMCG Business
  • Understand the system and ordering process – DMS / SAP
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Experience in Distribution Management, Field sales Management, Key Account Management (MT)
  • Leadership Competency with Results Orientated, Influencing, Passionate (Talk with high energy), Integrity, Humble and hand on (people manager)
