Job Scope

Responsible for identifying market opportunities for profitable national sales growth within designated customers or dealers or wholesales channels, and responsible for driving sales strategy, sales action plan and targets in line with CANAL+ Myanmar business objectives through Regional Sales Team.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with CANAL+ Myanmar sales strategies
  • Lead regional & direct sales team with clear direction on our expectations and strategies.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Managers to motivate and drive operational execution to establish coverage, distribution, which align with CANAL+ standard sales practices
  • Drive direct sales team and establish sales targets by activating different outdoor sales action plans (B2C, B2B & door to door activities) to achieve monthly, weekly & daily targets
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key partners of in-direct channels by negotiations and foster a positive sales environment
  • Meets national sales KPI and financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
  • Have a clear focus on driving both quantitative & qualitative objectives in achieving new sales, 1st contract renewal and visibility in the network
  • Building and developing strong business relationships with new and existing partners in the in-direct network
  • Coach, mentor and develop the regional & direct sales team to ensure their professional development and to ensure that the organization's need for future leaders is consistently met
  • Evaluating information related to sales, promotions, competition, and market research
  • Present business results and action plan in Bi-weekly Operation Committee Meeting.
  • Work collaboratively with the supply chain, marketing, customer care and other related departments.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/ Master Degree in business management is preferable
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in managing high performance sales team
  • Proven commercial skill and strong knowledge in market trends, consumer trends, and the competitive environment
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
  • Strong leadership, strategy perspective and analytical skill
