  1. Network operation and maintenance work through the EMS & ICM system,etc
  2. Daily network optimization analysis and report
  3. Feature deployment and inspection
  4. Cooperate with other teams(Core/transmission etc.) for network optimization

  2. Understand network architecture and principles
  3. Understand the idea of network optimization, and have the ability to handle network faults
  4. Parameter optimization can be performed based on the analysis results

  5. Bachelor degree & Excellent communication skills, can preach optimization plans and ideas to customers
