This position will be responsible for the smooth running of all the processes in and associated with New Business operations. Provide support to ensure that all the readiness of new products and projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget; manage efficient and effective delivery of reporting on the operation.

• Ensure that all the readiness of new products and projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Continually improving the processes by increasingly adopting more automation, digitization, process optimization. 
• Establish and manage a reporting timetable and deadlines for the operation and monitor this timetable to ensure all agreed deadlines have been met.
• Manage efficient and effective quality control and delivery of reporting on the operation.
• Liaise with relevant departments such as IT, Distribution, Finance and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
• Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or Statistics, Insurance or other related fields. Some life insurance related qualifications are preferred.
• Preferable 3+ years’ experience of mining data as a data analyst
• Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and project support
• Proven analytic skills, data analysis and visualization
• Practical experience in data analysis through the use of Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Customer-centricity mindset
