NOC Operator Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Alarms of the Network System regarding 2g,3g,4g Radio Access Network (RAN), Transmission network and power management network.
• Performing regular checks on Network Management Client System hardware and software.
• Responding to network alerts and hardware malfunctions alarms and record in excel file and dispatch to the field teams in timely manner to meet SLA of the customer.
• Tracking and documenting network issues and compiling incident reports.
• Responding to customer requests and acquiring RCA from field teams and report back to customer Mobile Operation Control.
• Managing system backups and following network security protocols made by cyber security department.
• Can be able to give training to new employee of NOC.
• Responsible to use Work Force Management System (WFM) to close the tickets in timely manner according to customer requirement.
• Responsible to report daily and weekly, monthly basic to head quarter.

NOC Operator Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in science or same dripline.
• Extensive experience working as an NOC Operator.
• Experience in Huawei M2000, U2000, Neteco NMS Servers are preferable.
• Excellent monitoring and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in 24 hours shift.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Must be able use Microsoft excel and office.
• Able to report in English fluently.
