Be responsible for carrying out NPI projects using the NPI way of working and tools and coordinate with stakeholders.

1. Business
   1. Conduct Meetings for different projects
   2. Manage the NPI projects as per the project management principles
   3. Use the BAT NPI management systems to carry out project activities
   4. Align project activities with stakeholders
   5. Follow up and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
   6. Work towards timely delivery of projects with timely completion of activities
   7. Work closely with factory and Area/Regional stakeholders
2. Knowledge, Skills and Experience

   1. Tobacco Products (cigarettes) would be desirable

   2. Project Management (PMP certification will be a plus)

   3. Production and Material Planning knowledge will be a plus

   4. Good English communication skills ( Speaking, Reading, Writng)

   5. Good to work under pressure and be confident

• BS or BA Degree in Engineering, Purchasing or Technical discipline.
• Excellent communication skill in English and Burmese
• Project/Program management training and/or certification preferred.
• Lean Six-Sigma training and/or certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in program management of new product through the development and product life-cycle processes.
• Demonstrated strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
