1. KPI Monitoring (2G,3G,4G…) and worst cell optimization across the network
2. Complete the E2E optimization independently (issue identify/ analysis/ optimization proposal and execute/ pre-post validation and reporting, L3 signaling analysis, KPI trend analysis)
3. Communicate with the operator on network optimization
4. Guide for typical issue troubleshooting and performance improvement
5. Clarify and reply customer’s questions and improve customer satisfaction

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree, in Electrical, Telecommunication or other related specialization.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience working in RF NPO Engineering & OSS Field3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English4. Good Computer skills (Excel and PowerPoint)5. Proficient knowledge with Radio Parameter Optimization/ KPI and Counter System/ Feature Optimization Skills6. Proficient knowledge and method for performance issue troubleshooting, i.e . Accessibility, Mobility, Retainability, Throughput, etc.7. Proficient in the network optimization skills of 3G/4G product systems
