Job Description

1. Drive Nestlé's recognition as the leading Nutrition, Health and Wellness company at market level. Deploy the NHW strategy as shaped by the B-NHW, SBUs/GMBs and Zones. Support and influence the NHW initiatives and communication. Drive mindset change to ensure, with Country MD's support , NHW corporate vision is embedded into NESTLE Myanmar, Brand and portfolio strategy (e.g. Corporate nutritional commitments achievements).

2. Manage performance, recruitment, assessment and development of Market Transversal Nutritionist(s) and Business Support nutritionist(s) and (if relevant) other NHW or corporate communication personel ( e.g. 60/40 managers, sensory, etc.). Build people capabilities, and actively support team career development.

3. Own and lead market NHW Dashboard Reporting & ensure timely completion. Leverage NHW Dashboard analysis to propose NHW action plans for I&R and communication.

4. Inform/update/train regularly key players about the NHW tools and ensure that these ones are properly implemented in the market . Drive efficient nutrition communication and nutrition educational initiatives (e.g. program for school, and off-line and digital media); mobilize market resources around NHW projects, initiatives, activities.

5. Develop employees understanding and capability to promote NHW via nutrition trainings.

6. Drive market nutritional landscaping activities, understand Public Health challenges and translate into market I/R strategy & NHW, CSV initiatives. Coordinate cross functional teams around Health Impact of Nestle portfolio and Economical benefits, ensuring embedding into NHW communication & I/R pipeline

7. Engage & partner with KOLs, nutrition & health influencers and academics on NHW topics to support the business & reinforce Nestlé's NHW reputation. Lead NHW campaigns for & with local scientific /nutritional communities and other external stakeholders (i.e. Trade, NGOs’, etc.). Be the spokeperson for NHW corporate communication and events. Represent Nestlé at external scientific meetings/conferences.

8. Functional reporting to B-NHW, NHW SBU/GMBs manager and Nutrition Network. Actively participate & contribute to the B-NHW and Nutrition Network activities ( e.g. NHW conferences, workshops, trainings etc.). Report all market initiatives. Cross-fertilize experiences and best practices among peers.

Job Requirements

Experience in the food industry as a nutritionist and/or public health nutrition organization and Experience skills in nutrition communication is an asset.

University degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or life science field with nutrition specialization a plus.

Experience in advocacy-type of job or interaction with public KOLs.
