  • Able to plans, assigns, and directs the employees who are engaged in installation, maintenance and operation of different telecommunication systems and support equipment
  • Able to assists the O&M Supervisor Region with the acceptance of new sites, assigning to teams.
  • Able to ensure Technicians are executing their assigned work according to quality and standard.
  • Able to assist the O&M Supervisor in planning Preventive & Corrective maintenance, implementing, monitoring, and follows up with issues found till closure.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ O&M experience in Telecom industry.
  • Familiar with MS office, communication tools like emails
  • Good at communication
  • Proficiency in English Four Skills
