7-10 years in field work or relevant experience (Passive maintenance).
A Multi-tasker that is well organized and can work well under pressure
A Team leader that can negotiate.
A Decision maker that can work independently and is comfortable with handling multiple projects with strict deadlines.
Capability to Handle all the work related to his/her assigned maintenance project(s) and ensures that they are executed in accordance with client’s specifications.
Must have experience to Handle smooth operation of the managed services project, coordination with client, and OHS & Quality representatives.
Must have experience of handling multiple teams and supervisors during maintenance projects
Must have experience of client Management
Having experience of contract drafting and negotiation would be a plus
