  • To Lead the whole Operation and Maintenance for factory and CAPEX of facilities
  • Up to 2,000,000 MMK per month

The Role

  • Manage the whole team including of operation team and maintenance team in line production
  • Responsible to lead the Production & Maintenance systems to ensure the vendors and cross functional area
  • Good knowledge in CAPEX of machinery and efficiency
  • Handle escalations and facilitate resolution of issues
  • Monitor the process to ensure Quality, Occupational Safety, Health & Environment requirements and performances

Job Requirements

  • Prefer repat who has over 10 years experiences in manufacturing experience
  • Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Degree or Diploma is a must
  • Must be willing to work with engineering plus budget management
  • Strong team player and excellent communication and writing skills in English is required
