An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Managing odoo development team.
Developing project plans, timeline, and budgets; identifying resources needed
Developing schedules and methods for measuring results
Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project
Organising and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities
Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products
Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.

Job Requirements

At least 4 or 6 years of experience in software development field.
At least 3+ years of experience in Project Manager position.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to use new emerging techniques
Able to lead a team of developers
Must have multi-tasking ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
Experience working with customers, understanding their issues and managing their expectations.
Good command of reading and writing of English.
