Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

- To prepare Daily Sales Report and Stock Report for Sales Management/Principal.

- Coordinate with All TSM for Data Collection as per requirement of the Management.

- Coordinate with all Branches and Supply Chain for STN/RSTN etc….

- Coordinate with Account in relation to all Claims related queries by Principal.

- Calculating sales budget, expenses budget, achievement of individual sales persons

- Arrange and maintain ISO documents such as price list, scheme, monthly report, Credit limit of customers and so on.

- Arrange the stationary, order booking, cash memo, route plan and so on…

- Accept the phone order, and help for urgent procedure

Job Requirements

-Good communication and negotiation skill, interest, active, initiative

- Strong computer knowledge and advanced Excel -Good in English 4 skills

- Minimum 2 years of office/ sales admin experienced
