  •   Greet and welcome clients, partners, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  •    Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments (e.g., Ticketing, Visa, Tour Packages).
  •    Provide basic information about our travel services and tour packages to walk-in customers.
  •    Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area that reflects the prestige of New Motion Travels & Tours.

Job Requirements

  •  High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role.
  • Experience in a travel agency or hospitality environment is highly preferred.
