Job Description

-Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
- Serves customers by backing-up receptionist; answering questions; forwarding messages; confirming customer orders; keeping customers informed of order status.
-Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
-Greet clients and vendors upon arrival and direct them to appropriate offices
-Maintain office supply inventory
-Retrieve documents and files when requested
-Assist HR with sorting and collating resumes
-Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail
