ROLE PURPOSE

The position’s main duties are to provide support to the Line Manager by coordinating project activities and to promote the risk and compliance culture in branches to ensure that the issued SOP, SLA and instruction are strictly followed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist line Manager with internal and external process as issued SOP, SLA, Instruction, Compliance, Risk and Audit Finding (External and Internal)
• Assist line Manager to test the branches understanding on the issued SOP and instructions for Branch process
• Review existing internal policies and procedure to assess the adequacy, efficiency and completeness of control
• Assist in the preparation Internal and External Audit Finding within the stipulate timeline and deliver
• Participate in all meeting, take meeting minute and distribute to all stakeholders in a timely fashion
• Monitor and oversee the regulatory incoming letter reporting and regulatory related matter as deemed necessary by Line Manager
• Undertake any other duties as assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Experience

• Minimum 2/3 years of related working experience in Operation, Financial Products or banking Industry

Knowledge & Skills

• Superior time management and prioritization skill
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Capable to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Capable to fulfill various duties and responsibilities

Education & Special Training

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• High competency in MS Office-Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook

Languages

• Effective interpersonal & communication (written and verbal) skills in both Myanmar and English languages.
