Role Purpose

Understand, compile, manage, and lead communication of required information for supplier performance reviews on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis including profiles, reports and scorecards as necessary and work towards Operational Excellence, Supplier Governance & Contract Management

Key Responsibilities

STRATEGIC COMPETENCIES

  • Ensure the adopted procurement processes allow appropriate levels of control and integrity
  • Develop a strategically aligned project portfolio addressing risks and opportunities to improve procedures, procedural adherence, and governance
  • Liaise with contract requesters and internal stakeholders to ensure all legal and risks requirement are met
  • Support Procurement colleagues with KPI analysis of supplier performance
  • Work with suppliers to resolve performance, and compliance issues
  • Provide support to procurement leadership to shape future strategy
  • Support key Procurement functions and operations through monitoring, tracking and reporting on compliance related issues and task within the indirect services systems
  • Understands industry cost structures and drivers and implications for strategic position

LEADERSHIP

  • Demonstrate contribution beyond their role
  • Educate Internal Stakeholders with Yoma Procurement Policy & SOP
  • Liaise with teams in developing mitigating actions and permanent solutions to Procurement relevant risks identified

Job Requirements

Knowledge & Skills

Essential

  • Minimum 5 years working experiences in Operation, Financial Products, or banking industry.
  • Previous work experience in procurement is required. In addition, supply chain work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is considered an asset
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills among various levels of leadership

Education & Special Training

Essential

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business field such as economics, logistics, supply chain management, operations management, finance or engineering, mathematics, or statistical analysis).
  • Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint with strong emphasis on Excel

Experience

Essential

  • Strongly recommend on Management experience in an operations, procurement or vendor management role
  • Familiarity with Procure to pay tools such as SAP, Ariba, KIU and Coupa
  • Experience in drafting, revising and reviewing contracts, Service Level Agreements, Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work

Language

Essential

  • Excellence communication in Myanmar and English (written and verbal)
