Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Supports NOC and field technicians in handling emergency issues.
  • Plans, assigns, and directs the employees who are engaged in installation, maintenance & operation, and monitor the quality and standard.
  • Assists the O&M Supervisor Region with the acceptance of new sites, assigning to teams.
  • Assist & give recommendation to the O&M Supervisor in planning Preventive & Corrective maintenance, implementing, monitoring, and follows up with issues found till closure.
  • Ensures that teams have necessary tools and transportation.
  • Ensures availability of spares and enough fuel on cell sites within his/her area, with the help of the O&M Supervisor
  • Ensures Fuel consumption needs to be as per given target of CPH from Line manager.
  • Guarantees I-TSM & M-ITSM entries need of each site activity.
  • Reports and investigates any incident (Fuel theft, etc…) according to process.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Technical experience in field.
  • Or 3-5 years of managerial experience in similar job.
  • Familiar with MS office, communication tools like emails.
  • Able to communicate in English for internal communication.
