• Perform stores visits.
• Ensure that all stores requirements are fully supported in time by HQ supporting departments.
• Develop process improvements to maximize sales and profitability.
• Evaluate performance of each store and provide appropriate feedback.
• Ensure all staff performance and provide Excellent Customer Service in the store.
• Monitor quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Supervise and control the stock service level Review and manage the over stocks by checking stock aging and day of stocks.
• Understand organizational and individual store Sales target objectives.
• Develop process improvements to maximize sales and profitability.
