Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Daily details KYC verification of the subscribers.
  • Daily details reporting on how many KYC approved and refused with total daily KYC upgrade
  • Daily summary reporting and visualization of KYC verification.
  • Assist Senior Executive to enhance and develop and smooth and automated KYC verification process
  • Double check the KYC of the agent/merchant inputted in ARA portal.
  • Extract the daily onboarding pending from ARA portal and import that in vendor portal.
  • Extract the failed onboarding list and raise out the respective seniors.
  • Assist the seniors on amending the failed onboarding list
  • Check the SR raise from Call Center team in timely manner and give the requested solution with defined SLA.
  • Prepare the daily SR report and report it to the respective seniors.
  • Assist and handle any other tasks assigned by the respective seniors.
  • Develop and maintain business relation with payment partners.
  • Contribute to and maintain system standards within all payments platforms
  • Ensure daily reconciliation of all transaction and provide daily/weekly reconciliation and report to the managers/senior
  • Conduct daily reconciliation on Agent’s wallet funding. Agent ‘s commission.
  • Conduct daily reconciliation on commission received and receivable from partners.
  • Escalate un-reconcilable different and ensure all cashiers transaction are properly balance.
  • Conduct daily reconciliation on partners’ wallet funding and ensure that all payment to partners across are treated.

Job Requirements

  • Over 2 years of experience in operational management, banking management and must have e-wallet operation.
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must and other relevant education background will be added as an advantage.
  • Good communication in English both verbally and written.
  • Experience with implementing IT systems.
  • Good with numbers and financial planning.
