Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Ensure digital banking department operations are aligned with organizational standards.
  • Understand and ensure processes and procedures comply with internal SOP and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise the digital banking operation team for timely completion of tasks and adherence to SOP.
  • Perform operation tasks, review and update of departmental procedures, processes and workflow to produce high-quality, cost-effective delivery of digital banking operation.
  • Evaluate systems for functionality improvements.
  • Document and maintain workflows, processes, and procedures, coordinating with Digital Bank Product and Channel teams to ensure proper procedures for control points.
  • Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule and discipline employees.
  • Researches and leverages technology-based tools to implement process improvements to current systems.

Job Requirements

  • Master/Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in fields of information technology, business, banking and finance or other relevant academic backgrounds.
  • At least 5+ years of relevant working experience in Senior role in Banking Operations, preferably in area of internet and mobile banking operation or similar role.
  • Able to work independently, organized, creative and attentive to details.
  • Be a good team player, self-motivated with positive thinking plus able to deliver multiple projects/tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate and proficiency in English.
