Responsibility• To be smooth operation by managing resources.• Implementation and continuous improvement to achieve organization target.• Review & analysis of income & expense of organization.• Strategic planning and implementation for new customer acquisition as well as maintaining • Closely working together with Product Development Team • Upgrade system of all operation process of organizations• Conducting the organizational general meeting/sharing & coaching• Controlling the organization budget & expense• Lead high performing cross-functional teams and set the short, medium and long term strategy for the direction and commercial success of the business.• Manage all online trading and ensure partner relationships are maximized and all decisions are taken with a commercial view and a keen eye on operational costs• Create a data-driven culture and have a in depth understanding of the performance of all elements of the site.
