Job Description

Operations Management

  • Manage and arrange to overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of sale visit, project, warehouse and others
  • Create, develop and implement to operations policy, procedure and system for achievement operations

Project Management

  • Manage and arrange to improve and smooth overall project and is responsible for the meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Discuss with business partner and develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
  • Handle Call Center complaints and other operational requirements
  • Search and explore new business opportunities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and build strong relationship with customer and business partners
  • Manage to maintain ongoing client contacts to ensure the continuous satisfaction of clients

Cost Management

  • To check sales costing, purchasing costing, project costing review to management
  • To check all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
  • Review and preparation of accounting, analysis for budgetary planning and implementation

People Management

  • Monitor and awareness subordinates to apply company’s rule and regulations
  • Build and organize subordinates to strong team for business achievement
  • Review and report to management of employee performance and attitude
  • Internal discussion with team members regularly to provide and support proper guidelines

Job Requirements

  • Any Degree plus Diploma in project management or operations management
  • 2 (or) 3 years’ experience in Mobile Financial Service Field.
  • Good communication skill, good presentation skill
  • Good customer service and relation skill
  • Have knowledge in budget controlling
  • Good at using Microsoft Office Applications
  • Able to travel
  • Follow assigned jobs from HOD
  • Good (Planning, Follow Up, Teamwork, Communication, Negotiation Skill, Customer Focus, Conflict Resolution, Problem Solving, Customer Relations)
