Job Description

Implement adequate hygienic policies and operation manual and ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times in the store.
Supervise the food preparation and presentation process, ensuring high quality items and conformity with the set standards and techniques, check the quantity/quality of displayed items and take necessary actions upon needed.
Must be familiar with the company's operation manual.

Job Requirements

Must have at least 5 years and above experience in F & B Service, Operation, accounting field and Production.
Must be at least 3 years and above Management level experience in F & B field.
Must have good leadership skills and communication skills.
Must have critical thinking and Problem-solving skills.
Must be able to go and audit Yangon and Regional Stores.
Good problem solving, multi-tasking and administrative skills are a must.
Ability to drive the operation even in a tough situation.
Ability to work under pressure.
