Sales branch operation
Manage for sales center operation
Support sales center forecast, sales, budget, P&L analysis and market research
Prepare sales and operation reports
Develop business policies and procedures
Hold daily communication with outlet staff for sales, payment collection, customer acquisition, etc.
Implementing new sales and marketing plans.
Stock ordering
Generate sales and payment collection reports
Implement and review operational policies and procedures.
Provides staff training
Conduct regular market research

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree. A business development, marketing experience preferred
Fluency in English
FMCG preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in senior management level
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Operation sector
Can be Travel around to states and regions is preferable
Planning, reporting and Sales Analytical skill strongly
High-level communication skills
Proficiency in using computer (ERP System word, advance Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email)
Driving skill preferred
