- Manage and monitor operations and human resources.- Manage and supervise team effectively and efficiently for smooth process.- Review the operations and services and initiate further improvement by co-operating with other departments.- Coach and train staff on delivering quality services to customers and business partners.- Communicate with customers and business partners to improve services and solve any matters.- Ensure to comply with the Company rule and regulations.-Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers-Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency-Resolve any arising problems or complaints

Job Requirements
-Bachelor degree is necessary and related logistics, transportation and warehousing.-Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics and Transportation.-More Improvement For logistic Team.Make plan SOP.-Good command of spoken and written English is necessary.-Strong in problem solving and time management.-Use to Computer Microsoft Office Word, Excel.-Will be patient. The long-term business.-The city traffic should be learned.- Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently.- With required department nature, shift working is necessary.- Ability to travel to other division, or work in other township/division for long term if required.
