Job Description

Operation
• Provide advice on all operational issues to the Board of Directors and General Manager
• Control and appraise the operational systems in place and monitor the implementation of the Company's operations manuals making appropriate recommendations regarding the need for change
• Supervise Branch offices to achieve targets as Business plan.
• Visit branches regularly to ensure operations are running smoothly
• Analyze economic and social changes by using information on economic and social development issues for database maintained to measure program impact within project area.

Business Development
• Develop business relationship with potential customers as well as existing customers with the view to strengthening the Company's customer relationship base.
• Analyse the business environment and make recommendations on the development of new products and enhance existing products to grow the Company's customer base and out-reach.
• Develop strategies to minimize customer complaints and suggest ways of managing the public image of the Company.
• Conduct survey and research in close relation with marketing and product development unit to ensure appropriate assessment and competition analysis and consultation with management for business expansion.
• Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans

Budget
• Take part in reviewing, developing and updating the business plan, strategic planning and operational planning.
• Responsible for delivering budgeted results of Branches.
• Liaise with all department to ensure timely preparations of annual budget, quarterly budget review, forecasts and business plans.

Training
• Provide on-the-job training to all loan officers, including new recruits and existing staff
• Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules.
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment and placement of required staff.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management or related Field
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in related field at Microfinance or Financial Industry
• Strong analytical skills with excellent written communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely express analytical conclusions and recommended actions.
• Strong using in Advanced Excel, Technical Software
• Training on microfinance, lending, Financial analysis, credit analysis [Preferable]
• Ability to multi-task and manage overall operations
• Excellent time management, organization skills and knowledge of negotiation skill would be an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure
• Effective written and oral communication in English will be an added advantage.
• Ensure proper verification and understanding of the business for decision making.
• Able to travel and Understanding FFMCL’s requirement and all team members.
