Regular check & monitor physical ground stock list
Manage the FIFO process and regular checking to warehouse store
Monitor delivery route plan and check with operation admin
Manage all warehouse transfer process
Make sure the standard of health, safety and security of the work environment
Update warehouse team rules & regulation and manage to team
Check daily stock and transaction
Manage to smooth & in time the operation process both sites & sales team
Handle the local purchasing process and guideline to operation admin
Build relationship & keep in touch with F&A team
Daily assignment to operation team and regular monitoring
Review & check daily operation report and feedback to team
Participant in recruitment and selection process
Review & monitor of operation team members' KPI and report to management & HR
Manage monthly operation budgeting plan and send to F&A Team
Ensure the maintenance, develop and update any related operation procedures/ systems
Solve any complications stemming from documentations and processes with department
Coach and train operation team in the achievement of company standards and their development plans
Develop and manage a strategic growth plan of company
Up to date operation progress report to director
