Job Description

Participate in preparing of the operations yearly budget and non-financial targets in line with company strategy and works towards fulfilling it.
Drive towards the achievement of the branch targets contributing towards company’s strategic and operational objectives.
Evaluate the branches performance by analyzing and interpreting data and take participate in the expansion activities.
Analyze the business environment and make recommendations on the development of new products and enhance existing products to grow the Company’s customer base and outreach.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor the proper implementation of company’s policies and manuals and making appropriate recommendation regarding the need for change.
Participate in the development of KPIs of branches and monitor regular performance measurement against defined KPIs of branches.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, regulatory body of FRD to build and maintain the relationship.
Manage the Company’s operational risk exposure by regular monitoring of key control activities and formulate action plan to minimize the company’s exposure to fraud and losses.
Conduct training to all the operation staffs for effective branch management and team development.
Perform other duties assigned or required by the Line Manager.

Job Requirements

Good Communication in English
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years experience in Branch Operation Management in microfinance or banking sector.
Understanding of General Finance and Budgeting and Credit and Operational Risk.
Having adequate knowledge of financial regulatory requirement of Myanmar.
Having good interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to Detail.
Result-Driven.
Proficency in MS Tools (Especiall Excel and Powerpoint)
Able to travel
